Corporate Investment

Corporate Investment

The Independence Business Alliance and its programs are supported through corporate investment, membership dues, government grants and earned income programs.

Corporate Investors include companies in the region and across the country that provide significant support to the IBA because they:

  • Recognize the value the IBA brings to their company, the LGBT business community and the regional community;
  • Wish to reach LGBT businesses and/or consumers through the IBA;
  • Wish to support and provide resources to their LGBT employee community and entire employee base; and/or
  • Wish to demonstrate their commitment to and support of the LGBT community.

The Independence Business Alliance can provide promotional and educational opportunities to Corporate Investors that no other organization in the region can offer.The Independence Business Alliance is the only affiliate of the National Gay & Lesbian Chamber of Commerce (NGLCC) in the Philadelphia region, and is the only LGBT business organization that serves the entire tri-state business community.

As an affiliate of the NGLCC, the IBA is the only organization in the region that can certify LGBT businesses as part of the NGLCC’s national Supplier Diversity Program and utilize the NGLCC’s network of contacts and partnerships.
