On November 13th, the IBA, in partnership with the Delaware Valley Legacy Fund (DVLF) and founding sponsor LinguiSearch, Inc., held its first fundraiser to enhance its annual Scholarship Award at Molly Malloy’s in the Reading terminal Market.
The purpose of the event was not only to raise funds to increase the award’s cash value, but also to raise awareness of the scholarship itself in order to make it a more robust program and a greater benefit to an area college student.
The scholarship is awarded to a local, undergraduate student currently enrolled in a business related discipline within the Philadelphia region. IBA, DVLF and LinguiSearch, Inc. view this collaboration as a tremendous opportunity to work together, enabling a community minded and business focused student to take one step closer to their goals.
