Mazzoni Center is the Philadelphia region’s only LGBT-specific health center, offering quality, professional health and wellness services in a safe, non-judgmental environment. Our programs and services run the gamut, from primary and HIV medical care, to behavioral health and social services. Mazzoni Center’s Family and Community Medicine, located in our newly-furbished, state-of-the-art medical suite at 809 Locust Street, specializes in Primary and HIV Primary Care, Women’s Health Services, Trans-specific care, and now offers cosmetic laser treatment, as well. Our main office at 12th and Chestnut houses our Behavioral Health Services, as well as Prevention, Education, Case Management and other specialized programs and services. Since 1979, Mazzoni Center has been the “one-stop shopping” resource for comprehensive LGBT health and wellness services and HIV/AIDS care and resources.
